I purchased these earrings (over $300) for our 25th wedding anniversary celebration next month They were beautiful and I literally couldn't wait to wear them, so I put them on and noticed the backs didn't fight very snug, but I have only lost one earring ever, in fact I was wearing them with the earrings my husband gave me for our first anniversary. The first day one fell off at work but luckily I was precepting a student and she saw it fall. The very next day I was not so fortunate as the other earring was gone and I never saw or felt it fall. I am disappointed beyond words. I've never spent so much on earrings and they were so beautiful, but I didn't even have them a week. I noticed the backs weren't real tight but didn't think they would make an earring of that quality that would just fall off that easily.
