I ordered peach and received pink pearl earrings. I returned instead of exchanging.
The initial ordering and fast shipping was excellent. I have ordered from Pearl Source before and have been happy with my purchases. I will order earrings in the New Year. The presentation box the earrings were in was extremely elaborate, very impressive! But....because I was ordering for myself (as opposed to buying a gift) l did not need such an elaborate and I assume expensive packaging? Maybe customers can have the choice of the fancy packaging or something much simpler? If they choose simpler packaging, cost of pearls then would make their purchase a little cheaper? If l had kept the earrings l would have put them in my jewelry box and the beautiful packaging would have been taking up room in a draw.
